Last weekend I had my old bosses over for dinner. This may have been the first vegan meal they'd ever had. All homemade, by yours truly!

Chili.
Sauteed asparagus and green beans.
Roasted garlic hummmus.
Roasted rosemary potatoes.
Baguettes (not pictured).

What kind of chili? Mmm roasted garlic...
The chili was just a big mess...4 mushy tomatoes, 2.5 aging red onions, onions, 3 cups of 2 varieties of nameless beans, a few bell peppers, and massive amounts of cayenne, chili powder mix, and cumin. I don't even remember what else went into it. My cooking style tends to be a little on the haphazard side.
